Archaeo specialises in the employment and coordination of Traditional Owner representatives for development and infrastructure projects occurring on their country. As a registered labour hire provider, we manage recruitment, payroll, insurance, compliance and employment administration.
As a licensed labour hire provider, Archaeo supplies qualified Traditional Owner representatives for projects requiring cultural heritage engagement or Indigenous participation. Our services ensure regulatory compliance while enabling proponents to meet workforce and engagement commitments.
We organise and facilitate training programs that prepare Traditional Owner employees for industry work. This includes white cards, first aid, 4WD training, industry inductions and specialist cultural heritage field skills such as artefact recognition and GPS use.
We assist proponents and Traditional Owner groups with the practical implementation of cultural heritage and native title agreements. Our team helps ensure engagement commitments are delivered effectively through the coordination of Traditional Owner representatives.
